Development Activity
- Our technical team is currently developing a self-packing electrode device that will cut down packaging time significantly and improve how efficiently the shop floor runs.
- The LWP 100 Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine has been designed to handle wires from Ø1.20mm to Ø3.00mm, making it a practical fit for TIG welding applications.
- We have successfully developed a 20kg Dry Mixer and a 10kg Wet Mixer — both built to support the production and testing of new welding electrode formulations.
- We have also designed and built an electrochemical prototype specifically for engineering colleges, giving students hands-on experience with the electrode manufacturing process and supporting practical learning in welding and related subjects.
